Audubon City Council - Board of Review & Equalization

The Board of Review & Equalization meeting is the time residents can discuss their property VALUE and make an appeal regarding that value. The property taxes for the following year will be based upon this value.

To address the Board, property owners need to call the Becker County Assessor at 218-846-7300 or the City Clerk at 218-439-6582 ext. 2 to be placed on the agenda.

Property owners wishing to address the Board should bring their valuation statement along with any documentation disputing the assessed value of the property.
